Possibly more on this in the next Pipeline... I handed off a Milanesa y pierna (Breaded Steak & Pork) torta to a perfect stranger, and asked him to send in his thoughts on it by tonight (Monday). It really does take a community to help put together a weekly newsletter.
For my part, I ate one half of this chicken burrito, pictured, and some amazing chips (made in-house from scratch) and salsa. And if anyone must know, I purchased everything save for the torta which was a gift from the chef, who insisted that I take it along with me for the road.
