Four residential properties changed hands this past week in Bucktown: Two were "attached" condos and two were "detached" single family homes.
The lowest closing was a 3 bed/2 bath condo at 2235 N. Lister. It closed for $262,000 after being on the market since 8/9/2010, originally listed for $299,000.
The highest closing was a 5 bed/4.1 bath single family at 1934 W. Wabansia. This house, originally owned by Luis Gutierrez, was sold by him in 2001 for $975,000. These sellers passed it along this past week for $924,000. It was originally listed for $1,250,000 and sold in 154 days.
