Chi-Town Finest Breakers Visit Pint

This past Saturday night, Phlash popped by Pipeline sponsor, Pint, and came across a break-dancing family, the Chi-Town Finest Breakers, led by father Henry, aka Dj Westside. The breakers had just come back home from NYC where they
performed on Paula Abdul's new show, which debuted last night (Tues) on Channel 2. In the 1980s, Phlash spent a lot of time photographing break dancers. Of the next generation, he observed, "These are more than cute kids; they can really do it. Spinderalla was taking photos with a camera WHILE spinning on her head. I mean, come on. Wow!"
