ZBA Approves Two Zoning Variances: Marvin Envelope to Become Bucktown Outpost of Lincoln Park Athletic Club


The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) gave the green light to the redevelopment of the Marvin Envelope building, 2040 W. North. See follow-up with 32nd Ward Ald. Scott Waguespack, below. More background on the space can be found here.

the latter was to accept CTA spaces/leasing agreement as being sufficient to fulfill the parking requirements - this was accepted by the ZBA.
