Images from Rahn Emanuel's Mayoral Announcement

This past Saturday morning, in the gymnasium of Coonley Elementary School, Rahm Emanuel made his run for mayor official in front of supporters.

Philin Phlash [full disclosure: he's been wearing a 'Rahmn for Chicago' button] was there, and says that "Experience, imagination and strength echoed through the room."

According to Phlash, the three platform points that were touched on by Emanuel included generating jobs, improving education, and decreasing crime.
