Is there a French phrase for, "This is the jam?"
Whatever it is, that's Soutache, 2125 N. Damen.
It's a place for embellishments: a flash of ribbon, a satin bow, a clip with a feather and a bit of bling in the middle, fabric covered buttons, hand sewn aprons like the kind we featured back around the holidays, and much more.
Owner/chief Maili had just finished a white feathered wedding hair clip when we walked in. She showed us the clip, pictured.
