This past Saturday Philin Phlash popped by the Howl O' Ween Fundraiser at Moonshine, 1824 W. Division. The event took place from Noon to 4PM and was organized by the Roscoe Village Animal Hospital, the Chicago Canine Rescue Foundation and the Dog Obedience Group LLC.
